The Ballerina & Her Birthday

Hannah turns 4!
What a fun time with family and friends
all gathering to celebrate our daughter's life!

Date night to DQ with daddy!

The only good family shot we could get during the party! :)

I've never seen Hannah so grateful and happy for all the wonderful gifts she received for her birthday! She read every single card (making up the words as she went). She was super-excited about each and every one!

It was a fun, relaxed, last minute picnic party! :)

Hannah and her Barbie cake!

Leila and Hannah on their first day of ballet class! This is truly one of the most entertaining things I have ever seen...all the moms on one side of the window laughing at how uncoordinated and ungraceful their daughter is on the other side :) But Oh! How proud we all are!!

Finally some family pics!

Thanks to my good friend Ann, we now have some professional looking family pictures to show off. We are so appreciative of her talent and willingness to share it with us! Her amazing camera and editing program make for a beautiful presentation of our family! The kids were pretty cooperative except for Marshall not wanting to look at the camera most of the time. Hannah, however, was her usual silly self with a few pretty smiles just for mommy :) Enjoy!

4th of July Blast!

The parade also celebrated Great Falls 125th Birthday so they went above and beyond the normal festivities! FREE ice cream sandwiches, pop, bottled water, peanuts, and LOTS of candy! There were clowns, horses, fancy cars, fire trucks, floats, jets, helicopters, and more! The kids had so much fun and us adults enjoyed soaking up the sun!

My two most amazingly handsome boys enjoying some all-american baseball!!!

Hannah was obsessed with the Voyager's mascot...Orbit. She paid more attention to him than the game and even got him to sign her baseball! He is very patient with children tugging him in all directions. I'm sure he will never forget our daughters adorable face!

We endured two downpours during the game but it was worth it! We came prepared with our umbrellas and blankets and enjoyed the rainbows that followed. This 4th of July was pretty hard to beat! Happy Birthday America!! ...and Great Falls, Montana!

Summer fun with my kids!

This year, summer has been such a fun time for the kids and I. With Marshall walking full force and Hannah with as much energy as I've ever seen, we have been busy going on walks, taking road trips, and playing at the splash park! Summer has just started and we are having a blast already!

Sunny Days Are Here Again!!

Today was my husbands first day of vacation and boy! did I put him to work!! The weather was wonderful for some spring clean up outside. Our yard is such a mess at the house we're renting. Between the branches falling from the half-dead tree, the mud, ant hills, and weeds...oh yeah and dog poop....we just can't keep up with it! Corey and I were saying today that if we owned this house all of the money for renovations would have to go just toward the yard! It's ridiculous! We ended up spending 3-4 hours just on raking! We really did have a good time together though, which we needed desperately! The kids slept almost the whole time so we were able to just be out in the fresh air and spring sunshine, ALONE. It was great! We ended the day with bbq chicken and watching Hannah's favorite movie...Transformers :) ha ha (seriously, she asks to watch it all the time!)

So on a different note, I just take the last bite of dinner and my phone rings. Our friend Rudy is calling me. When I answer the phone, he's all "Jennifer just wanted me to call you to see if you're on your way?" I immediatly answer, "To where?" He goes, "um.....your volleyball game!?" Long silence..... "Is it Wednesday?! Oh my gosh, I'll be right there!" LOL I guess I had too much sun today. We were finally sitting down to relax and I completly forgot about my game!
So now, I'm pooped and ready for bed so we can have another productive day tomorrow. Thank you God for blessing us with such a wonderful day!

Happy 1st Birthday Marshall!

It's unbelievable to me that it's been a year since we added another boy to the household. Nothing has been the same since our little man arrived on April 10 of last year. Hannah has blossomed into an amazing big sister. The love she has for her brother is like no other! She has very rarely been jealous of him and tells him he is her best friend :) I can only pray that their relationship will grow throughout their childhood and adult life!
Marshall came into this world in such a relaxed environment! My labor was so much easier with him than with Hannah. This sure has carried over into his personality today. He is our laid back child. Cuddly, loving, and willing to go with the flow.

I'm so excited to celebrate his 1st birthday! The day he was born was so special and he has brought nothing but love and joy into our lives!

WE LOVE YOU MARSHALL ALLEN!!!!

Mud Sledding Adventure!

So all day yesterday(Sunday) it snowed! And I mean...ALL DAY!!! from the time we woke up till the time we went to bed. The drifts were a few feet high on our front steps and along the fence. But it probably only snowed 7-8 inches. Corey had the day off today so we thought we'd take the kids sledding. We had only taken Hannah once before in our back yard, so we decided to go to a nearby park with probably the best sledding hill in town. Once we got up and going, however, the sun was shining and the snow was melting fast. We made a mad dash to the park to get some sledding in before the snow was all gone. Let me just say we didn't stay very long. Corey kept saying "what the heck were we thinking?!" We left the park about 20 minutes later....muddy.....but laughing and with memories of our last sledding adventure of the season!

Blogger Virgin

Ok...so I'm new to this whole blogging thing. I've had a myspace for as long as I can remember...and now facebook, so why do I need something else?! Seriously addicted to my computer? Maybe. Love being able to show my family and friends what we've been up to? Definitely! I am so terrible at keeping in touch over the phone or by email. This is the best way for me to give everyone a peek into the Hull Family's daily activities and kodak moments :) It's also interesting to me, to be able to see what everyone else is doing in their lives. I hope to be able to keep this up. It is an exciting time in our lives. All of our plans up in the air and in God's hands!

Words from my children.....

After reading a verse out of the Bible to Hannah and Marshall....Hannah asks, "listen to Him?" I said, "Yes...we always have to listen and obey what God says" She turns to Marshall points to his chest and says, "buddy this is your heart...Jesus lives in there"

When trying to turn off all the lights in the house so we can watch a movie I told her I wanted to leave one of the lamps on and she replied, " but mom...there's no problem. There's a light on the TV!"

Marshall has learned that he likes whipped cream out of the can and has also learned how to imitate the sound it makes when it comes out...so everytime I open the fridge he runs over and starts making that sound telling me he wants some. He has also started doing this when he sees it at the grocery store! If you can kind of make the "k" sound in the back of your throat...that's what it sounds like! haha

When praying for our breakfast one morning.."Dear Jesus, thank you for this food and help us have a good day, and help Jesus to have a good day too cause I love Him in my heart. Jesus name...Amen!"
