Mud Sledding Adventure!

So all day yesterday(Sunday) it snowed! And I mean...ALL DAY!!! from the time we woke up till the time we went to bed. The drifts were a few feet high on our front steps and along the fence. But it probably only snowed 7-8 inches. Corey had the day off today so we thought we'd take the kids sledding. We had only taken Hannah once before in our back yard, so we decided to go to a nearby park with probably the best sledding hill in town. Once we got up and going, however, the sun was shining and the snow was melting fast. We made a mad dash to the park to get some sledding in before the snow was all gone. Let me just say we didn't stay very long. Corey kept saying "what the heck were we thinking?!" We left the park about 20 minutes later....muddy.....but laughing and with memories of our last sledding adventure of the season!

Blogger Virgin

Ok...so I'm new to this whole blogging thing. I've had a myspace for as long as I can remember...and now facebook, so why do I need something else?! Seriously addicted to my computer? Maybe. Love being able to show my family and friends what we've been up to? Definitely! I am so terrible at keeping in touch over the phone or by email. This is the best way for me to give everyone a peek into the Hull Family's daily activities and kodak moments :) It's also interesting to me, to be able to see what everyone else is doing in their lives. I hope to be able to keep this up. It is an exciting time in our lives. All of our plans up in the air and in God's hands!

Words from my children.....

After reading a verse out of the Bible to Hannah and Marshall....Hannah asks, "listen to Him?" I said, "Yes...we always have to listen and obey what God says" She turns to Marshall points to his chest and says, "buddy this is your heart...Jesus lives in there"

When trying to turn off all the lights in the house so we can watch a movie I told her I wanted to leave one of the lamps on and she replied, " but mom...there's no problem. There's a light on the TV!"

Marshall has learned that he likes whipped cream out of the can and has also learned how to imitate the sound it makes when it comes out...so everytime I open the fridge he runs over and starts making that sound telling me he wants some. He has also started doing this when he sees it at the grocery store! If you can kind of make the "k" sound in the back of your throat...that's what it sounds like! haha

When praying for our breakfast one morning.."Dear Jesus, thank you for this food and help us have a good day, and help Jesus to have a good day too cause I love Him in my heart. Jesus name...Amen!"
